  If I could give it 0 stars I would... I strongly urge any owner to not leave their pet here... the kennels are a disgrace ! When I came to collect my dog I paid at the office first and was told to go down to the kennel as the man was already down there. When I got there I could hear the man screaming at the dogs and banging on their kennel doors. I tried the door which was locked, hearing me trying to door the man came out and let me in. I was taken to my dogs kennel, to find my boy cowering in fear at the sight of the man. When the man tried to call my dog to come out he wouldn't move so I was told to go in and get him. I found my dogs bed under inches of urine as well as all the floor. My dog stunk to high heaven of urine. I shouted my dog over to me but he was too afraid to walk past the man , he eventually dragged himself belly to the ground to me. The man brought me my dogs teddy out which we had sent with him which was literally dripping in urine, I told him to keep it! I was in a state of shock and just wanted to get my baby out of there. He had lost weight in only 5 days and drank bowls and bowls of water when he was home, clearly dehydrated. I bathed him and found him absolutely crawling in flees. Needless to say I shall not be using this poor excuse of a kennels and sincerely hope you get shut down!
